At Paramita Retouch, our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with our services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued.
If you are dissatisfied with any service you receive, please let us know immediately before leaving the salon. We will make every effort to rectify the situation. Refunds for completed services are generally not provided, but we may offer to redo the service at no additional cost.
Deposits made for appointments are refundable if cancelled with at least 48 hours notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time are non-refundable.
If you purchased retail products from us, you may return unopened and unused products within 14 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange. Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Approved refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
